Are you passionate about driving product quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction in the automotive industry? We are looking for a seasoned leader to spearhead Field Quality and Product Validation initiatives, ensuring robust product performance across the vehicle lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Drive improvement in Warranty RPT (Repairs per Thousand), Warranty CPU (Cost per Unit), Unscheduled Visits, and Walk-home Incidents through structured problem-solving approaches.

✅ Act as the key interface between Customer Care and Plant Quality Teams for field quality concerns.

✅ Lead cross-functional investigations and resolution of critical field failures involving Design, Manufacturing, Supplier Quality, and Validation teams.

✅ Ensure timely containment, corrective actions, root cause identification, and closure of customer issues.

✅ Capture and deploy lessons learned from existing products into future vehicle development programs.

✅ Conduct Reliability Growth Analysis (RGA) for new vehicle programs and ensure readiness before product launch.

✅ Assess field risks arising from engineering changes and define appropriate validation requirements.





✅ Conduct dealer visits and field audits to identify emerging concerns, gather customer feedback, and strengthen technical support capabilities.

✅ Develop and present quality dashboards highlighting warranty trends, reliability metrics, and key risk indicators.

✅ Drive Daily Work Management (DWM) practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

✅ Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing quality and validation teams.

Required Technical Expertise

? Strong understanding of EV Architecture, Vehicle Systems, and Subsystems (3W/4W preferred)

? Expertise in structured problem-solving methodologies:

- 8D
- QC Story
- Six Sigma
- DOE
- Root Cause Analysis

? Strong knowledge of:
- Warranty Management
- Field Quality Systems
- Product Validation & Verification
- Reliability Engineering

? Hands-on experience in:
- EV Diagnostics
- Failure Analysis
- Warranty Investigation
- Risk Assessment

? Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret field and warranty data to derive actionable insights. ? Experience in leading cross-functional teams and stakeholder management across Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Customer Care functions.
