Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to take end-to-end accountability for delivery and account management. The role will be responsible for delivery assurance, client relationships, P&L; management, people leadership and operational governance.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end delivery assurance and account management.
- Manage P&L;, budgets, SOWs and account profitability.
- Build and strengthen trusted client relationships and work closely with Client Partners.
- Lead multiple software development projects and ensure quality, timely delivery and profitability.
- Manage resource allocation, capacity planning and utilization across projects.
- Act as the escalation point for delivery, development and project-related issues.




- Ensure adherence to internal delivery, governance and operational processes.
- Lead team development, mentoring, performance management and succession planning.
- Support hiring and resource planning at the account level.
- Contribute to proposals, account initiatives and client case studies.

Mandatory Skills
- Solid SDLC and software delivery experience.
- Strong Project/Program Management experience.
- Proven Client Relationship and Account Management experience.
- Experience managing P&L;, budgets, SOWs and profitability.
- Strong People Management and Leadership skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects and billable teams.

Good to Have
- Retail domain experience preferred
- Exposure to AI / emerging technologies.
- Experience working with Client Partners/Sales teams on account growth.
