About the Role

Own end-to-end delivery of Revenue Growth Management programs for global CPG and Retail clients. You'll translate complex commercial challenges into scalable analytics solutions, lead a team of 10–20 analysts, and sit at strategy tables with C-suite clients.

What You'll Do

- Lead multi-workstream RGM programs (pricing, promotions, assortment, trade investment, net revenue management)
- Manage multiple clients, ensuring measurable business impact (price realization, promo ROI, margin improvement)
- Translate ambiguous commercial questions into structured analytics problems
- Build credibility with senior stakeholders—act as a trusted RGM advisor, not just a delivery manager
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing analytics team
- Identify new opportunities and support account expansion

What We're Looking For

- 12 ± 1 years of experience (8+ in analytics delivery)
- Robust RGM / Commercial Analytics experience with CPG or Retail clients
- Proven track record managing multi-client, multi-workstream programs
- Hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and cloud platforms (Snowflake, Databricks)
- Deep understanding of commercial domains (pricing, promo,



trade mechanics)
