- Autosys or other Scheduling Tools
- Agile Methodology
- JIRA / Confluence / ALM-QC / SharePoint
- Power BI / Tableau – Nice to Have
? Key Responsibilities
- Design, build and maintain ETL/data pipelines using IBM DataStage.
- Work with relational databases and flat files to integrate data into enterprise data warehouses.
- Apply dimensional modelling, SCD, Star and Snowflake schemas.
- Develop Python/Shell scripts for automation and operational tasks.
- Implement data validation, unit testing and automated data-quality checks.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for testing, versioning and deployments.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Collaborate with Data Architects, Business Analysts, Data Scientists and BI teams.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to technical documentation and coding standards.
- Mentor junior team members and promote engineering best practices.
? Ideal Candidate
✔ 5–7 years of hands-on experience in IBM DataStage
✔ Strong ETL, Data Warehousing and SQL expertise
✔ Positive Python programming and automation skills
✔ Experience working in Agile environments
✔ Strong analytical, communication and teamwork skills
✔ Banking domain knowledge is an added advantage
