Job Title: Data Scientist

Walk-in Location: TCS -Magnum Block IT SEZ Phase-2, 200 Feet Radial Road, MCN Nagar Extension, Thoraipakkam, Chennai - 600097

Walk-in Time: 9am-1pm

Experience Range: 4-10 yrs

Required Technical Skills:

1. Advanced degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, or related field.
2. Solid knowledge of statistical analysis, machine learning, and deep learning.
3. Developing advanced algorithms and models to extract valuable insights from complex datasets, with a focus on generative AI and large language models (LLMs).
4. Conducting thorough exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover patterns, anomalies, and correlations in the data for NLP/Time series/Vision capability streams.
5. Fine-tuning pre-trained models to optimize their performance for specific tasks and domains.
6. Strong working knowledge of agent-based and Agentic AI systems leveraging LLMs for reasoning, planning, and task execution.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project objectives and deliverables and integrating AI models into production environments.
8. Applying statistical techniques, machine learning algorithms, and deep learning architectures to solve complex business problems and generate accurate predictions.
9. Utilizing cloud-based AI services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) to build scalable and efficient AI solutions.
10. Implementing MLOps practices for model deployment, monitoring, and management.
11. Proficiency in Python or R, along with relevant libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
12. Staying updated with the latest advancements in data science, generative AI, and cloud AI services.
13. Experience in developing and deploying AI/Gen AI based systems in production.
14. Mentoring junior data scientists and providing technical guidance.
