Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator with experience in the jewellery industry and hands-on proficiency in Emperor Software. The candidate will be responsible for accurate and timely entry of jewellery-related transactions, inventory records, purchase/sales data and other operational information.

Key Responsibilities:

- Enter and maintain accurate jewellery transaction and inventory data in Emperor Software.
- Record purchase, sales, stock transfer, issue/receipt and other inventory transactions.
- Enter jewellery item details including item codes, descriptions, quantity, gross weight, net weight, purity, rate and other relevant details.
- Maintain accurate records of gold, diamond and other jewellery stock.
- Verify data and supporting documents before making entries.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Sales, Accounts and Stores teams for accurate data recording.
- Perform regular checking and reconciliation of system data with physical/documentary records.




- Prepare basic reports and statements from the software as required.
- Ensure timely updating of all transactions and maintain proper documentation.
- Identify discrepancies in data and report them to the concerned department.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Mandatory: Hands-on experience with Emperor Software.
- Prior experience in the jewellery industry is mandatory/preferred.
- Good knowledge of jewellery inventory and terminology.
- Excellent typing and data-entry accuracy.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Solid attention to detail and ability to work with weights, quantities and numerical data.
- Ability to work within deadlines and maintain confidentiality.
- Good coordination and communication skills.

Preferred Experience:

1–3 years of experience as a Data Entry Operator / Inventory Executive / Jewellery Data Entry Executive in a jewellery manufacturing or trading company.

Important: Candidates without practical experience in Emperor Software should not be considered.
