Role Description We are looking for a Senior Data Management Consultant with deep, hands-on expertise in Snowflake and dbt to design and deliver scalable cloud data solutions for our clients. This is a client-facing role combining analytics engineering, data architecture, and consulting. The role involves leading discovery and requirements sessions, translating business requirements into technical solutions, designing Snowflake architectures, and building production-grade ELT pipelines and analytics-ready data models.

You will also support data migration projects, implement CI/CD workflows, monitor data pipelines,



troubleshoot data and performance issues, and work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver successful data solutions.

Qualifications

- 5–10 years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or data management.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Snowflake, including data modeling, performance tuning, security, RBAC, and secure data sharing.
- Solid hands-on experience with dbt, including model development, testing, documentation, and CI/CD practices.
- Advanced SQL skills, including complex transformations, multi-layer queries, and analytical patterns.
- Proven experience developing ELT pipelines on modern cloud data platforms.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing, analytics engineering, and semantic modeling.
- Experience with GitHub or GitLab and CI/CD workflows.
- Strong client-facing and consulting skills, including requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and solution ownership.
- Experience working in agile and client-facing environments.
- Experience with data migration projects, particularly migrations to Snowflake, is a plus.
- Exposure to workflow orchestration and pipeline monitoring is a plus.
- Understanding of data governance and security best practices is a plus.
- Exposure to Sigma, Anthropic, Cursor, and/or Cortex is a plus.
