About The Role

We are looking for a Data / Business Analyst to support business decisions through data analysis, reporting, market research, and business insights.

The role is suitable for freshers as well as candidates with 1–3 years of experience who have strong analytical thinking and an interest in working with business data.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Collect, organize, and analyze business and operational data.
- Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data.
- Track key business and operational metrics.
- Support teams with data-driven insights for decision-making.
- Conduct market, competitor, and industry research.
- Analyze customer, sales, marketing, and operational data.
- Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and reports.
- Identify data inconsistencies and ensure data accuracy.
- Create Excel/Google Sheets reports and dashboards.
- Work with different teams to understand business requirements.
- Convert business requirements into explicit analysis and actionable insights.




- Present findings and recommendations to management.
- Support process improvement through data analysis.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, Statistics, Computer Applications, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, MIS, or a related role.
- Freshers with relevant projects or strong analytical skills can apply.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Understanding of basic data analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of SQL is preferred.
- Familiarity with Power BI or other dashboard tools is an advantage.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand business requirements and work with different teams.
