About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating clinical trial activities to ensure smooth execution and compliance with regulatory standards. You will serve as a vital link between investigators, participants, and regulatory bodies, ensuring that all trial procedures are conducted accurately and ethically.

Your role will involve overseeing patient recruitment, data collection, documentation, and adherence to study protocols. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a thorough understanding of clinical research processes, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Nursing,



Pharmacy, or a related field. A minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical research or a healthcare setting is preferred. Familiarity with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines, regulatory requirements, and clinical trial management systems is essential. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are critical for success in this role.

Certification in clinical research or related areas, such as CCRP (Certified Clinical Research Professional), is advantageous. Candidates should demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and possess the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of clinical trial activities, ensuring compliance with study protocols, regulatory standards, and company policies.
- Assist in patient recruitment, screening, and enrollment processes to meet study enrollment targets.
- Maintain accurate and complete documentation of trial activities, including case report forms, source documents, and regulatory files.
- Communicate effectively with investigators, sponsors, and regulatory agencies to facilitate trial progress and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure proper training of staff involved in the clinical trial and monitor adherence to study procedures.
- Manage inventory, supplies,



and equipment necessary for clinical trial activities.
- Participate in monitoring visits, audits, and inspections to ensure compliance and readiness.
- Support data collection, entry, and verification processes to maintain data integrity and quality.
- Assist in preparing progress reports, study updates, and regulatory submissions.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, guidelines, and best practices related to clinical research.
