About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our remote team at Nians. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to uncover actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across multiple departments. This role requires a proactive individual who can transform raw data into meaningful reports, visualizations, and recommendations that drive business growth and operational efficiency.

The Data Analyst will work closely with marketing, sales, product development, and leadership teams to understand their data needs and deliver solutions that enhance performance.

Key responsibilities include monitoring key performance indicators, analyzing campaign effectiveness, and identifying trends and opportunities for optimization. Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, product, and leadership to provide data-driven recommendations.
