Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced D365 SCM Functional Consultant with strong product knowledge and hands-on experience in implementation, enhancements, production support, and L2/L3 ticket management.

The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations – Supply Chain Management and be comfortable working with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into D365 SCM functional solutions.
- Configure, enhance, and support D365 F&O; SCM modules and end-to-end supply chain processes.
- Handle L2/L3 production support tickets, investigate issues, prioritize incidents, and provide timely resolution.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and document solutions for recurring issues.
- Manage tickets through the complete support lifecycle, including investigation, resolution, communication, and closure.
- Participate in end-to-end implementations, rollouts, enhancements, UAT, go-live, and post-go-live support.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend standard D365 functionality wherever applicable.
- Prepare functional specifications, test cases, process documentation, and user guides.
- Collaborate with technical teams on customizations, integrations, reporting, and data migration.
- Conduct user training, requirement workshops, product demonstrations, and knowledge-transfer sessions.
- Support D365 upgrades, releases,



and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Mandatory Skills
- 4–8 years of experience as a D365 SCM / D365 F&O; Functional Consultant.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations – SCM.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain processes.
- Experience in D365 SCM implementation, configuration, enhancement, and production support.
- Hands-on experience with L2/L3 support and ticket management.
- Strong RCA, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with UAT, go-live, rollouts, and post-go-live support.
- Strong knowledge of fit-gap analysis and functional documentation.
- Experience working with technical teams on integrations, customizations, reports, and data migration.
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in enterprise D365 F&O; implementations.
- Exposure to D365 upgrades and release management.
- Experience conducting user training and knowledge-transfer sessions.
- Understanding of Agile/ITIL-based support environments.
