About the role:

We are looking for a D2C Executive to manage day to day D2C operations and execution across our website, Shopify, creative coordination, agency management and customer retention.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across multiple functions, coordinating with external agencies and internal teams, and ensuring smooth execution of the brand's online business.

Responsibilities

- Manage day to day Shopify and website operations, including product listings, pricing, inventory, offers, collections and website updates.
- Coordinate with creative, performance marketing and other agencies for campaign execution and timely delivery of creatives.
- Manage creative requirements for Meta Ads, website banners, landing pages and promotional campaigns.
- Support retention and CRM activities across WhatsApp, Email, SMS and other channels.
- Track key D2C metrics including revenue, conversion rate, AOV,



repeat purchase rate and ROAS.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Creative, Operations and other internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Identify opportunities to improve the website experience, customer journey and overall D2C performance.

Qualifications

- 1–2 years of experience in D2C, E-commerce, FMCG or consumer brands.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify is required.
- Experience in coordinating with agencies and creative teams.
- Basic understanding of retention marketing, CRM and digital marketing.
- Strong execution, communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a quick-paced environment.
- Prior experience with a D2C/consumer brand is preferred.
