Qualifications To be considered for this role, candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is advantageous. Responsibilities In this role, your primary responsibilities will include sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks. You will coordinate interview schedules, facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers, and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
