Shift: Rotational Shift

Weekly Off: Rotational Week-offs

Please note that this role is intended for experienced candidates and is not suitable for freshers.

Eligibility:

- Minimum 6 months of experience into International Voice Process.

• Customer Support experience is mandatory.

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical, and customer handling skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Delivere customer support via phone, email, and text.
- Resolve customer issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Monitored deliveries and handle exceptions proactively.
