Job Title: Customer Service Associate

Location: Believers Destination, Magnus Tower, Sector-73, Noida

Work Timings: 9 AM TO 6 PM or Evening Shift : 6:30 PM to 02:30 AM

Preferred Candidate: Residing with family in Noida, greater Noida or Nearby

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally. - Communicate clearly and courteously with students and parents. - Guide and assist students through processes (calls/chat/support tools). - Maintain and update data records accurately. - Prepare daily and weekly reports. - Use MS Excel for basic data management (filters, formatting, tracking sheets, etc.). - Assist in scheduling, coordination, and administrative tasks. - Support day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth workflow. - Escalate issues to the management team when necessary. - Provide basic technical support (login assistance, form updates, minor troubleshooting).





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum of 0-1 years of experience in customer service. - Strong communication skills (verbal and written). - Positive command over MS Excel and basic computer operations. - Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail. - Pleasant personality and customer-centric approach. - Basic technical understanding is a plus.
