Role Description The Customer Success Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Banglaore. This role involves serving as the primary point of contact for clients, supporting them through the booking process, addressing service-related queries, and ensuring a smooth overall experience.

Responsibilities include monitoring client satisfaction, coordinating with physiotherapists and scheduling teams, and helping resolve issues quickly and professionally.

The Customer Success

Executive will track client progress and feedback, identify opportunities to improve retention, and provide insights to management to enhance service quality.



Daily tasks also include maintaining accurate records in customer systems, preparing simple reports, and contributing to initiatives that strengthen long-term relationships with clients.

Qualifications

- BBA or MBA. Management degree profiles are preferred.
- 0 to 2 years experience in Sales and Customer support.
- Ready to work for UK Shift.
- Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Support capabilities.
- Experience in nurturing ongoing relationships through Customer Retention and Account Management.
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret client feedback, identify trends, and support service improvements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage empathetically with diverse clients.
- Organizational and time-management skills suited to a part time, on-site role with multiple priorities.
- Comfort working with digital tools and CRM or customer databases; basic proficiency in MS Office or similar software.
- Prior experience in healthcare, physiotherapy services, or customer success roles is beneficial.
- Relevant education or training in business, healthcare administration, customer service, or a related field is an advantage.
