About Us:

- Envision Overseas Education is a leading consultancy dedicated to guiding students through every step of their journey toward higher education abroad. We are currently expanding our team and looking for a passionate Telecalling Executive to be the first point of contact for aspiring students and parents.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to students and parents to explain services related to overseas education. • Understand student requirements and provide accurate information on courses, countries, universities, and visa processes. • Follow up consistently with leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and walk-ins. • Schedule appointments for education counselors.



• Maintain and update call records, lead status, and student information in the CRM system. • Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and lead conversion targets. • Maintain a professional and positive approach with all clients and team members.

Requirements:

- Minimum qualification: HSC / Graduate in any discipline. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi & regional languages preferred). • Confidence in making cold/warm calls and handling client queries effectively. • Good listening and convincing skills. • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools. • Prior experience in telecalling/customer service/education consultancy is a plus.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
