Role: Customer Service Associate

As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, providing the right support, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience throughout their journey with Traya.

- Interact with customers professionally and understand their queries, needs, and concerns..
- Provide accurate information and appropriate assistance to customers..

What We’re Looking For

- Graduation is mandatory for all candidates..
- Prior experience in Retail, Hospitality, or Aviation is required..
- Excellent English communication skills — verbal and written communication must be top-notch..
- Strong interpersonal and active listening skills..
- Customer-first mindset with a positive and empathetic approach..
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally and confidently..
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities..
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

Preferred Industry: Candidates with experience in Retail, Hospitality, or Aviation
