About the RoleWe are looking for a confident and communication-oriented Customer Relationship Officer to join our team. The role involves connecting with business owners, proprietors, directors, senior management professionals, and auditors to introduce our services, understand their requirements, and build strong professional relationships.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with B2B cold calling, speaking with decision-makers, following up with prospects, and converting opportunities into business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound B2B cold calls to business owners, proprietors, directors, senior management, and auditors.
- Introduce the company's services clearly and professionally.
- Understand prospective clients' business requirements and identify opportunities.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with prospects and customers.
- Conduct regular follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Schedule meetings and discussions with interested prospects.




- Coordinate with the internal team for customer onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Work towards assigned lead generation, follow-up, and conversion targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence in speaking with business owners and senior professionals.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Persuasive, proactive, and target-oriented approach.
- Comfortable with cold calling and handling rejection professionally.
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Previous experience in B2B sales, telecalling, customer relationship management, financial services, or professional services will be an advantage.
