Role Description This is a hybrid role for a Customer Operations Executive, based in Dwarka with flexibility to work from home.

The Customer Operations

Executive will handle day-to-day coordination with customers, manage shipment documentation, and track consignments across air, ocean, and project logistics.

Responsibilities include responding to customer queries, providing shipment status updates, resolving service issues, and ensuring timely communication with internal teams and external partners (such as carriers, transporters, and warehouses).

The Customer Operations Executive will also contribute to process improvements, monitor service quality, and support efforts to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications





- Strong customer-focused mindset with skills in Customer Service and Customer Support.
- Ability to maintain and improve Customer Satisfaction through proactive follow-up and problem resolution.
- Sound Analytical Skills to interpret shipment data, identify issues, and recommend practical solutions.
- Knowledge of logistics or shipping operations (air, ocean, customs, or warehousing) is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in basic office software and ability to work with CRM or logistics management systems.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple shipments and tasks simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup from Dwarka, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to changing priorities.

Eligibility : 1-2 years of experience in logistics Industry , Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with customers and internal stakeholders.

Working Days - 5 Days

Timings - 12:30 pm-9:30pm IST (Summer), 1:30pm - 10:30pm (winters)

Location - Dwarka sector 21 , Corporate Park

Budget (CTC) - 35 K
