About us

TruiyInbox makes sure business emails land in the inbox instead of spam. Thousands of customers, from solo founders to agencies running hundreds of mailboxes, run their outreach on us. When our product works, their pipeline works.

We're a lean team, and we're building the function that owns those customers end to end.

What you'll do

We're hiring 3-4 people across four kinds of work. You'll start broad, then move into the one you're best at.

Onboarding - Get a new customer from signup to their first real result, fast. Run setup calls, spot who's stuck before they churn, and make sure they understand what they bought.

Support - Solve problems people are losing money over. Same day, mostly in writing, mostly over chat and email. Diagnose, fix, escalate when needed, then write it down so nobody has to solve it twice.

Retention - Figure out why someone's leaving and give them a reason not to. Own a monthly retention number.

Expansion - Spot the customer who's outgrown their plan before they do. Move them up based on how they actually use the product.

Across all four:



you'll build the knowledge base that doesn't exist yet, surface recurring problems to the product team with evidence, and own your numbers.

What we're looking for

- You write clearly. Most of this job is written. Short, plain, no filler.
- You can explain hard things simply. If you can't make it simple, you don't understand it yet.
- You figure things out. You read the docs, try the thing, and then ask.
- You own outcomes. When something breaks on your watch, you say so and fix it.
- You want to be measured. You'd rather be good in six months than comfortable for six.

What this is actually like

Lean team, fast pace, no honeymoon period. You'll be assessed on what you deliver, not how long you've been here. Targets are ambitious and you'll hear about it when you miss them.

You'll also get room most freshers don't: pitch an idea on Monday, ship it by Friday. Nobody here will tell you to wait your turn.

Interns: this converts. If you're positive, you'll know inside 60 days.

Location

Ahmedabad, in-office, 5 days a week. This isn't remote or hybrid. If you're relocating, have a plan for it.
