As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You engage in collaborative environments that emphasize agile methodologies, ensuring that the solutions you develop are scalable and perform efficiently. Your work is focused on meeting unique business requirements through innovative approaches and continuous enhancement of software products, contributing to the overall success of projects and organizational goals.

The resource will be responsible for developing and supporting SharePoint Online solutions using SPFx with deployment, building Power Platform applications and workflows, and integrating solutions with Azure services.

SPFx Development is a mandatory skill, as this is a key requirement for the role.

- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions.
- Maintain and improve existing software components to enhance performance and reliability.
- Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Skilled & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development, SharePoint Framework (SPFx) Development, React.js / TypeScript

Preferred Skills: Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Azure
- Experience with customizing SharePoint Online sites, workflows, and web parts to meet business needs.
- Strong understanding of client-server architecture and integration techniques within Microsoft 365 environments.
- Ability to work with modern development frameworks and tools relevant to SharePoint Online.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and automation within the SharePoint Online platform.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
