The engineer actively participates in the full software development lifecycle, from initial concept through deployment and ongoing support, ensuring that solutions are robust, scalable, and user-friendly. Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster qualified growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.
- Support the integration of new technologies and tools to improve application development and deployment. Professional & Technical Skills:
