Role Description The Crusher Manager – Jamnagar(Mothikhadvi) is a full time, on-site role overseeing all crusher plant operations.

Handling CHP, RMHS , Crushing & screening Plants with EPC Projects Knowledge.

Review mechanical & structural drawings, GA, datasheets, specifications,



STAAD/structural documents, vendor drawings, QAP/ITP and technical offers.

Technical review and execution of Hammer Mill, Jaw/Cone/Impact/Crushers, Screens, Feeders, Conveyors, Hoppers, Chutes and other material handling equipment.

Manage mechanical & structural erection, equipment installation, alignment and commissioning at project sites.

Handle rotating equipment including Gearboxes, Gear Motors, Couplings, Bearings, Centrifugal Pumps, Compressors, Fans/Blowers and Hydraulic Systems.

Supervise drive alignment, shaft/coupling alignment, lubrication, trial runs, commissioning and performance testing.

Coordinate with Client, EPC contractor, OEMs, vendors, civil/structural, electrical and instrumentation teams.

Conduct vendor technical evaluation, drawing review, inspection, troubleshooting and technical finalization.

Ensure project execution as per approved drawings, specifications, quality, safety, cost and project schedule.
