- Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end customer lifecycle—from lead capture and qualification to post-installation follow-up—using CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Segment and prioritize solar leads based on geographic, budget, and behavioral data to maximize conversion rates.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align CRM workflows with campaign KPIs and sales targets.
- Generate real-time dashboards and performance reports to track lead-to-close ratios, campaign ROI, and customer retention trends.
- Ensure data hygiene by auditing and updating CRM records daily to maintain accuracy and compliance with solar industry standards.




- Implement automation rules (e.g., lead scoring, email drip campaigns) to streamline outreach and improve response times.
