As a Credit Processing Analyst, you will play a vital role in our company's back-office operations. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the accurate and timely processing of credit applications and related documentation. You will work closely with our customer care team to provide exceptional service and support to our clients, building and maintaining solid relationships.

Responsibilities

- Process credit applications and perform thorough credit assessments.
- Review and analyze financial documents and information provided by customers.
- Verify customer details and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Communicate with customers to clarify and obtain additional information as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the credit processing lifecycle.
- Collaborate with the customer care team to address customer inquiries and concerns.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in credit processing or a similar role in the financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of credit assessment and underwriting principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Proficiency in using MS Office suite, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with credit processing software or systems is preferred.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
