Role Description The Corporate Video Creator will be responsible for planning, producing, and editing corporate videos that support the agency’s digital marketing campaigns and client communication needs. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with marketing and content teams to understand project requirements, developing storyboards and concepts, capturing video footage, and managing the entire video production workflow.

The role also involves adding motion graphics, audio, and visual enhancements, ensuring brand consistency, and optimizing videos for web and social media platforms. This is a full time, on-site role based in Gurugram,



requiring close coordination with internal stakeholders and occasional client interactions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and Multimedia, including concept development, scripting, and on-set coordination.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Editing and Video Post-Production, including color correction, sound design, and format optimization for digital platforms.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in Motion Graphics, including creating engaging titles, infographics, and animated elements aligned with brand guidelines.
- Relevant experience with professional video and audio equipment, and proficiency in industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar) is beneficial.
- A strong visual sense, attention to detail, and the ability to translate marketing objectives into compelling video content are essential.
- Excellent communication, time management, and collaboration skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment.
- A diploma or degree in Film, Media, Visual Communication, Animation, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
