- Brand Scale-Up Inc. /n Experience: 3-5 years /n Location: Bengaluru | On-site /n About the Role /n We're looking for a sharp and versatile Copy Lead / Senior Copywriter to lead content and copywriting across social media, influencer campaigns, digital campaigns, and brand communication. /n The ideal candidate should have experience managing and mentoring junior copywriters, while also being hands-on with writing.

Experience across D2C, FMCG, dietary supplements, chocolates/food brands, and other consumer categories is preferred. /n Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Develop creative concepts, social media copy, ad copy, product communication, and video scripts.

/n

- Write engaging, conversion-focused copy across digital platforms.

/n

- Adapt tone and messaging for different brands, audiences, and industries.

/n

- Lead, mentor, and review the work of junior copywriters to maintain quality and consistency.

/n

- Allocate copywriting tasks and ensure timely delivery.

/n

- Collaborate with designers, art directors, strategists, performance marketers, and account teams.

/n

- Ensure copy aligns with creative direction, brand guidelines, and client objectives.

/n

- Stay updated with pop culture, internet trends, consumer behaviour,



and emerging content formats.

/n

- Present and articulate creative ideas clearly to internal teams and clients.

/n /n Skills & Experience /n /n

- 3-5 years of experience in copywriting, preferably in a digital/creative agency.

/n

- Prior experience leading or mentoring junior writers.

/n

- Strong command of English and ability to write in varied tones—witty, emotional, conversational, informative, and persuasive.

/n

- Experience in social media, ad copy, scripts, influencer content, and brand storytelling.

/n

- Understanding of D2C and FMCG brands, especially food, dietary supplements, chocolate, lifestyle, or similar consumer categories.

/n

- Strong creative and design sensibility.

/n

- Excellent communication, presentation, and time-management skills.

/n

- A strong portfolio showcasing diverse writing and campaign work.
