Bachelor's degree (Supply chain, maritime, statistics)

1. In charge for Control and Quality sections.
2. Cross Check Labor Management data with Labor sheet daily & weekly.
3. Discuss the YCI with Yard team/ Customs team and find a better way to improve it.
4. Coordinate with SVD for any issues related to execution.
5. Responsible for SSR (special service request) Master file and other additional services.
6. Check the daily backlog container and find solutions to reduce it.
7. Control the outsource timing and improve their times based on customs inspection and performance.
8. Monitor breakdown equipment and analyse the reasons of frequent breakdown.
9. Checking the Billings of Contractors in Labor Management system Weekly and Monthly.
10. Keeping the quality Standard of TLD activities aligned with company's policies.
11. Coordinate with shift leader for secure cargo handling procedure.
12. Take care & review all JDs in overall TLD department quarterly basis.
13. Ensure safety is followed for all activities and everyone is following accordingly.
