About the Role

T-Hub is looking for a proactive Contract Associate – Startup Ecosystem & Partnerships to support our Mentor and Value Partner ecosystem and help startups access the right expertise, resources and connections.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with startups, building relationships and making things happen in a rapid-paced ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

- Support Mentor & Value Partner Desks: Coordinate day-to-day activities and act as a point of contact for startups, mentors and partners.
- Connect Startups: Understand startup requirements and connect them with relevant mentors, partners, benefits and ecosystem resources.
- Drive Engagement: Coordinate mentor sessions, office hours, workshops, webinars and other ecosystem initiatives.
- Manage Relationships:



Support onboarding and ongoing engagement of mentors and value partners.
- Strengthen Outpost: Curate and maintain relevant startup resources, partner offerings and benefits on the Outpost platform.
- Track & Improve: Track engagement and utilization, gather feedback and identify opportunities to improve the startup and partner experience.

Who We’re Looking For

- 1–3 years of experience in partnerships, stakeholder/client management, startup engagement, community management or program coordination.
- Exposure to startups, B2B companies, incubators, accelerators or innovation ecosystems is preferred.
- Strong communication, coordination and relationship-management skills.
- Hands-on, resourceful and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong ownership and follow-through.
- Graduate in any relevant discipline.
