As we continue to expand our presence in the EdTech and professional training space, we are looking for a creative, research-oriented, and technically strong Content Writer to join our growing team.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Content Writer with strong writing, research, and technical content skills to create high-quality content for our technical blogs, training courses, learning materials, and digital platforms.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of technical subjects and be able to convert complex concepts into clear, engaging, learner-friendly content.

Knowledge of Instructional Design and experience creating educational or training content will be highly preferred.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Research and write high-quality technical blogs and articles related to Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, Generative AI, Project Management, and other emerging technologies.

Develop course content, learning materials, modules, and educational resources for professional training programs.





Create clear, structured, and engaging content for learners with different levels of technical knowledge.

Work on Instructional Design for online and classroom-based training programs.

Develop learning objectives, course outlines, modules, lessons, activities, assessments, quizzes, and supporting learning materials.

Convert complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand and learner-friendly content.

Research industry trends, technologies, certifications, tools, and best practices to ensure content remains accurate and relevant.

Review, edit, proofread, and update existing technical and educational content.

Create website content, course descriptions, landing-page content, social media content, and other marketing/educational materials when required.

Ensure content follows appropriate SEO, readability, grammar, formatting, and content-quality standards.

Maintain consistency in tone, terminology, structure, and formatting across all learning materials.

Ensure technical content is factually accurate and supported by reliable research.

Contribute ideas for new courses, learning resources, blog topics, and content strategies.

REQUIREMENTS

2+ years of experience in Content Writing, Technical Writing, EdTech Content,



Instructional Design, or a similar role.

Strong understanding of technical content writing and research-based writing.

Experience writing technical blogs/articles is required.

Experience creating course content, training materials, or learning modules is highly preferred.

Knowledge of Instructional Design principles and learning-content development.

Ability to understand and explain technical concepts in a simple and engaging manner.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong grammar, editing, proofreading, and research skills.

Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with SMEs and internal teams.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to content accuracy.

Knowledge of SEO and digital content best practices will be an added advantage.

Experience in Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, AI/Generative AI, IT, or Project Management content will be an advantage.

Candidates currently based in Noida/Delhi NCR are preferred.

- Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 1 week are highly preferred.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month
