Role Description This is a full time, on-site Content Writer role based in Kolkata.

The Content

Writer will create clear, engaging, and user-focused content for websites, landing pages, blogs, and other digital assets. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching topics, drafting and revising copy, aligning content with brand guidelines, and collaborating with designers and developers to ensure content supports the overall user experience. The role also involves optimizing copy for readability and basic SEO, updating existing content, and maintaining consistent tone and messaging across platforms.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Web Content Writing and general Writing skills focused on clarity, structure, and user engagement.
- Candidates should possess Content Strategy and Research skills to plan content that aligns with business goals and audience needs.
- Candidates should possess accurate Proofreading skills to ensure error-free, polished, and consistent content.
- Relevant skills such as basic SEO knowledge, familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress), and understanding of UX principles are beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
