We’re looking for an experienced Content Strategist to join our team and take ownership of our content strategy across social media and digital platforms.
? Role: Content Strategist
Working Hours: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Experience: Experienced candidates preferred
Languages: Excellent command of English & Hindi is required
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Develop and execute a strong content strategy aligned with our brand and business goals.
- Plan monthly/weekly content calendars for social media platforms.
- Research trending topics, audience interests and content opportunities.
- Create content strategies for Reels, videos, carousels, posts and other formats.
- Understand our target audience and create content that drives reach, engagement and quality leads.
- Work closely with the scripting, design, editing and marketing teams.
- Analyse content performance and suggest improvements based on data.
- Stay updated with social media trends,
formats and algorithm changes.
- Ensure content maintains a consistent brand voice and positioning.
? What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in Content Strategy / Social Media / Digital Marketing.
- Strong understanding of content planning and audience psychology.
- Ability to turn business goals into practical content ideas and strategies.
- Valuable communication and writing skills in both English and Hindi.
- Creative thinking with a strong understanding of what works on social media.
- Experience working with a team of content creators/editors will be an advantage.
