Role Description: The Content Development Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai.



This role focuses on strengthening the SBOOCH brand and driving business growth through strategic initiatives and relationship-building. Day-to-day responsibilities include

#Developing and executing brand strategies, #Managing brand positioning and messaging across channels, and supporting marketing campaigns and promotions.

#The specialist will identify and pursue new sales opportunities, build and maintain partnerships with retailers, cafés, and other stakeholders, and monitor market trends and competitor activities.

#The role also involves conducting regular performance analysis, generating reports, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and representing SBOOCH at events, tastings, and activations.

? Responsibilities:

- Shoot high-quality videos and Photos using a smartphone
- Edit engaging brand & Instagram Reels (cuts, captions, transitions, effects)
- Add hooks, transitions, subtitles, and trending audio
- Stay updated with Instagram trends
- Deliver content consistently

? Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of mobile editing apps (CapCut, Canva, VN, InShot, Adobe, etc.)
- Good sense of timing and storytelling
- Creative mindset

- Willingness to learn (Freshers can apply)
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a quick-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
