At Insta Parenting, we’re building solutions that make early childhood learning more meaningful, engaging, and impactful.

We’re looking for a Content & Curriculum Expert to join our team and contribute to the development of Life Skills curriculum, neuroscience-backed learning content, and psychometric assessment frameworks for children aged 0–8 years.

What you’ll be working on:

- Developing age-appropriate Life Skills content, activities, games, and curriculum
- Designing frameworks, assessment indicators, behavioural rubrics, and assessment tools
- Contributing to our Life Skills Psychometric Assessment Tool and report-card frameworks
- Researching child development, pedagogy, neuroscience, and early childhood education
- Creating educational content, blogs, and social media content
- Reviewing and strengthening existing curriculum and learning resources
- Collaborating with academic, product, and internal teams to translate ideas into impactful learning solutions

Who we’re looking for

? Bachelor's/Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, Human Development, Child Development, or a related field





? 1–2 years of relevant experience

? Robust understanding of child development, pedagogy, and educational theories

✍️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

? Creative, curious, and passionate about designing meaningful learning experiences

? Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Role Details

? Location: Ghatkopar, Mumbai

? Compensation: ₹4–5 LPA

?️ Work Schedule: Monday–Saturday | 10 AM–7 PM

? Joining: Immediate
