About the role

We're building a personalized job board and a growing suite of interview prep products — tools that help people find the right roles and actually walk into those interviews ready.

We're looking for someone to be the face of that story.

This is an on-camera role. You'll be the person our audience recognizes — talking about what we're building, why we're building it, and the wider world of software and tech that our work sits in. If you already make content about engineering, developer tools, or startups and you want a product you can actually go deep on, this is that.

To be clear about scope: this role is content creation, not post-production. You don't need to edit. We handle that. What we need is someone who can show up, think clearly on camera, and make software interesting to watch.

What you'll do

- Be the on-camera presence across our channels — [YouTube / LinkedIn / X / TikTok / Instagram]
- Create regular content about our product: what shipped, how it works, what problem it solves, what we got wrong
- Talk about the broader tech and software-building space — tooling, trends, engineering culture,



industry news
- Work directly with our engineering and product teams to turn technical work into content people want to watch
- Bring your own ideas for formats, series, and angles rather than waiting for a brief
- Show up in comments and community conversations as a real person, not a brand account

What we're looking for

- Demonstrated experience creating content — a personal channel, a portfolio, work for another brand, or anything else you can point us to
- Comfortable and natural on camera
- Real interest in tech and software building. You don't need to be a senior engineer, but you should be able to hold a technical conversation and explain concepts without hand-waving
- Strong written and spoken communication
- Self-directed. Remote means you own your calendar and your output
- Able to work with US Timezone

Nice to have

- A background in software development or a technical field
- An existing audience in tech
- Experience with short-form and long-form in the same week
- Familiarity with [your product category — e.g. developer tools, B2B SaaS, AI infrastructure]
