About the role

Indian Mass Communication helps UGC NET (Mass Communication & Journalism) and CUET PG aspirants prepare through free YouTube lectures and test series, alongside our sister channel JRF Guru, focused on UGC NET Paper 1. We're looking for someone to join full-time and own the content and design workflow across both channels.

What you'll do

- Design PPTs for live lectures and recorded content (Canva-based, following our style) across Indian Mass Communication and JRF Guru
- Build PYQ (Previous Year Questions) test sets covering NET Paper 1 and Mass Communication & Journalism Paper 2
- Manage YouTube presence for both channels: write thumbnails, titles, and video descriptions for every upload
- Support day-to-day content operations so lectures go out polished and on schedule

Who we're looking for

- Qualified UGC NET (Mass Communication & Journalism) — June 2026 attempt strongly preferred Robust working knowledge of both Paper 1 and Mass Comm/Journalism Paper 2 syllabus
- Comfortable and quick with Canva; an eye for clean, exam-focused design
- Genuinely tech-savvy — comfortable picking up new tools without hand-holding
