- Spot trends and create engaging Reels
- Conceptualize, shoot and edit short-form content
- Write catchy hooks and captions
- Manage social media engagement
- Track content performance and growth
Requirements
- Solid understanding of Instagram and short-form content
- Proficiency in CapCut, VN, InShot or similar tools
- Good sense of aesthetics and visual storytelling
- Creative, proactive and self-driven
- Portfolio or previous work is a plus
