WE’RE HIRING: CONTENT CREATOR INTERN

If you’re the person who sees a random moment and immediately thinks,

“Wait… this could be a Reel.”

If you spend an unhealthy amount of time scrolling Instagram, saving Reels, noticing trends before your friends do, and constantly thinking “I could’ve made this better”

You might fit right in at Dramantram.

We’re looking for a Content Creator Intern to join our creative team for a 3-month internship.

And no, this isn’t the kind of internship where you’ll spend three months making Excel sheets and asking, “Sir, kuch kaam hai?” ?

Here, you’ll actually create.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

You’ll be involved in the whole content process from “What if we do this?” to “Okay, post it.”

That means

- Coming up with Reel ideas, hooks, concepts and content formats for brands.
- Helping create content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and other platforms.
- Writing captions, scripts, hooks and short-form content.
- Being involved in shoots, BTS content, office content and on-ground activations.
- Helping shoot Reels and other social-first content using a phone/camera.
- Editing short-form videos or working closely with our video editors to get them right.
- Keeping an eye on trends, memes, sounds, formats and internet culture.
- Turning everyday moments into content instead of waiting for a “perfect brief.”
- Researching brands, audiences and what’s currently working on social media.




- Supporting the team with content calendars and day-to-day social media execution.
- Coming up with ideas that make people stop scrolling.
- Experimenting with new formats instead of doing the same thing because “that’s how we’ve always done it.”

THIS IS NOT A “JUST FOLLOW THE BRIEF” INTERNSHIP.

We’re a creative agency.

Things move fast. Ideas change. Briefs get rewritten. A random conversation can become a Reel. A client meeting can become a content idea.

So we need someone who can look at something happening around them and go:

“BRO… THIS IS CONTENT.”

You should be someone who:

- Is genuinely obsessed with content and social media
- Has a positive understanding of Instagram, Reels and internet culture
- Is naturally curious, creative and experimental
- Has strong opinions about what makes content good
- Can write a decent hook without making it sound like ChatGPT wrote it
- Has an eye for what looks good and feels interesting
- Is comfortable being on camera or working behind it
- Knows basic video editing: CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, Canva etc. is a plus
- Doesn't need someone standing over their head to get things done
- Is comfortable taking feedback and making things better
- Can handle multiple ideas, brands and deadlines without completely losing it
