Company Description:- Aadhar Health Institute is a 250-bedded, centrally air-conditioned health facility located on Tosham Road, Hisar. Positioned conveniently 3 km from the Hisar Railway Station and 4 km from the Bus Stand, the institute provides specialty care in areas such as oncology, oncosurgery, radiotherapy, gastro and liver diseases, orthopedics, neurosurgery, pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology, and general emergencies. Aadhar is dedicated to delivering comprehensive and advanced healthcare services to its patients.

Role DescriptionThis is a full time, on-site Surgical Oncology Consultant role based in Hisar. The consultant will be responsible for providing specialized care in surgical oncology, collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, training junior medical staff, and ensuring high-quality patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include performing specialized surgical procedures, providing consultations,



participating in case discussions, and managing pre- and post-operative care. Additionally, the consultant will ensure compliance with safety protocols and contribute to the advancement of oncology practices within the institute.

- Qualifications :- M.ch in Surgical Oncology
- Expertise in Medicine and Emergency Medicine
- Ability to work collaboratively with Physicians and multidisciplinary teams
- Proficiency in mentoring and Training medical staff
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills
- Board certification in Surgical Oncology or related specialization
- Relevant work experience in oncology, with emphasis on surgical procedures
- Commitment to personal and professional growth
