Company Description ACCESS Health International is a nonprofit think tank, advisory group, and implementation partner focused on expanding access to high quality, affordable healthcare worldwide. The organization collaborates closely with governments, the private sector, development partners, and researchers to strengthen health financing systems and improve the quality of care in low-, middle-, and high-income countries. Team members contribute to mission-driven projects that aim to make health services more equitable and sustainable for people of all ages.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Program Coordination and Implementation

- Translate program strategy into annual work plans, timelines and activity trackers.
- Coordinate implementation across community, facility and district-level interventions.
- Monitor progress, identify bottlenecks, and facilitate corrective action.




- Conduct regular field visits and implementation reviews.

1. Government and Stakeholder Engagement

- Coordinate with district/state health authorities, NHM, health facilities and other partners.
- Organize review and coordination meetings and follow up on action points.
- Support effective communication with government and program partners.

1. Research

- Support in conducting research activities on a time-to-time basis as per project mandates
- Analyze program data and prepare periodic reports, briefs and presentations.
- Document lessons, innovations and evidence for scale-up

1. Monitoring and Documentation

- Maintain work plans, trackers, meeting records, risk registers and program documentation.
- Coordinate training, workshops and field activities.
- Support preparation of donor and government reports.
- Ensure timely completion of deliverables.
