Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of interior fit-out, Design & Build, and PMC projects for corporate, GCC, and enterprise clients.

The role requires strong leadership across planning, execution, quality management, stakeholder coordination, vendor control, and project governance, ensuring that projects are delivered in line with contractual requirements, budgets, timelines, and Altre's delivery standards. This is a client-facing role requiring high ownership, technical depth, and strong communication skills to drive collaboration between clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Mobilization

- Develop project charters, execution plans, and detailed delivery schedules aligned with client requirements.
- Coordinate design finalization, statutory approvals, and project mobilization.
- Conduct project risk assessments and establish mitigation plans for time, cost, quality, and delivery risks.
- Establish project governance structures, milestones, reporting mechanisms, and escalation processes.

2. Project Execution & Monitoring

- Lead day-to-day project execution and monitor progress against defined milestones, schedules, dashboards, and reports.
- Ensure strict adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and applicable statutory and safety standards.
- Review and control construction quality across project stages, including mock-ups, material inspections, and workmanship audits.
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms, scope boundaries, SLAs, performance obligations, and deliverable timelines.
- Manage contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely and quality delivery of works and materials.
- Conduct regular site coordination meetings and maintain daily and periodic project progress reports.

3. Cost,



Quality & Compliance Control

- Review and validate BOQs, GFC drawings, contractor billing checkpoints, and project documentation.
- Implement Altre's QA/QC, compliance, and documentation frameworks across project activities.
- Monitor approved budgets, variation controls, and change management processes.
- Lead periodic quality audits and ensure project deviations are documented, justified, and closed with appropriate corrective actions.
- Identify and proactively manage project risks that could impact cost, schedule, quality, or client satisfaction.

4. Client & Stakeholder Management

- Act as the primary point of contact for project-related communications.
- Manage client expectations and ensure seamless coordination between clients, landlords, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Lead project review meetings and provide structured updates through reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Manage escalations, resolve execution challenges, and ensure timely decision-making across stakeholders.
- Maintain robust client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

5. Handover & Project Closeout

- Drive project completion, snag rectification, documentation, testing, certification, and final handover.
- Ensure timely closure of project financials, warranties, documentation, and post-occupancy deliverables.
- Conduct project closeout reviews and ensure lessons learned are captured for future projects.

Must-Have Skills

- 10+ years of experience in an International Property Consultancy (IPC),



with strong exposure to commercial real estate project management, interior fit-outs, PMC, or Design & Build delivery.
- Strong understanding of the complete project management lifecycle.
- Strong technical understanding of construction, MEP systems, finishes, and project compliance.
- Proven experience managing contractors, consultants, vendors, and multiple project stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of project budgets, BOQs, billing, variations, and change management.
- Experience managing contractual obligations, deviations, and project risks.
- Strong proficiency in MS Project / Primavera, Excel trackers, and project dashboards.
- Excellent client management, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong attention to detail with a structured, outcome-oriented approach.
- Ability to independently lead projects from mobilization through handover.

Good to Have

- Experience working with major IPCs / global real estate consultancies (Must have)
- Experience working on corporate offices, GCCs, BFSI, Pharma, Technology, or Real Estate projects.
- Experience working with enterprise and multinational clients.
- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, or a Diploma in Civil Engineering or B.Arch, M.Arch, MBA in Project Management, or an equivalent educational qualification
- PMP, PRINCE2, LEED, IGBC, or equivalent certification.
- Experience with technology-enabled project monitoring and reporting systems.
- Exposure to NBC, NFPA, IGBC, and other relevant building and safety standards.
