Role Description This is a full-time, in office Construction Planner.

The Construction

Planner will develop and maintain project schedules, coordinate construction plans, and monitor progress against timelines and milestones. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with project managers and engineers, preparing planning documents, supporting resource allocation, and identifying potential risks or delays. The role also involves coordinating with procurement teams, reviewing construction methodologies, updating project control reports, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

The Construction





Planner will contribute to continuous improvement of planning processes and support clear communication among all project stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Have experience in Steel plant construction and related heavy industries construction
- Strong skills in Construction Planning and Project Planning, including schedule development, forecasting, and resource planning.
- Experience in Project Control, such as tracking progress, reporting performance metrics, and supporting cost and time control.
- Knowledge of Procurement processes related to construction projects, including materials planning and coordination with vendors.
- Practical understanding of Construction execution, site coordination, and alignment with safety and quality requirements.
- Proficiency with project management and planning software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent) and strong MS Excel skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil/ mechanical/ electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams and handle multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to accountability, precision, and timely delivery.
