Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Confluence / Expense Management System Technical Consultant with 3–5 years of experience in Confluence administration, technical configuration, integrations, and expense management systems.

The candidate will be responsible for supporting and enhancing Confluence-based documentation and workflows, along with technical integration and support for expense management processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure, administer, and maintain Atlassian Confluence environments.
- Manage Confluence spaces, pages, templates, permissions, macros, and user access.
- Support integration between Confluence, Jira, and other enterprise applications.
- Work on technical configuration and support for Expense Management Systems.
- Understand expense management workflows including expense submission, approvals, reimbursements, and reporting.
- Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide production support.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, process documentation, and knowledge-base articles.
- Support automation and workflow improvements.
- Coordinate with functional teams, business users, and technical stakeholders.
- Participate in testing, deployment, issue resolution,



and system enhancements.
- Ensure appropriate security, access controls, and data governance.

Required Technical Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in Confluence / Atlassian technologies.
- Strong knowledge of Confluence Administration.
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence integration.
- Experience with Confluence Cloud or Data Center.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and system integrations.
- Understanding of Expense Management Systems / Expense Management workflows.
- Knowledge of workflow configuration and automation.
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, or Groovy is preferred.
- Experience with ScriptRunner is an added advantage.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with enterprise expense platforms such as Kyriba, SAP Concur, Oracle Expenses, Workday Expenses, or similar systems.
- Experience in API-based integrations.
- Knowledge of SSO/SAML and enterprise user access management.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
