Job SummaryWe are looking for a Compliance Officer – Bench Sales Recruitment to ensure that all recruitment, candidate, and client-related activities are conducted accurately, ethically, and in compliance with company policies and applicable requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Verify and maintain candidate and consultant documentation.
- Review resumes, work authorization, employment details, and supporting documents for accuracy.
- Ensure candidate information is complete, consistent, and properly documented.
- Monitor Bench Sales activities for compliance with company policies and client requirements.
- Review submissions before sending profiles to clients/vendors.
- Maintain compliance records, trackers,



and documentation.
- Identify discrepancies, potential risks, or inaccurate information and escalate when required.
- Coordinate with Bench Sales, Recruitment, HR, and Sales teams to resolve compliance issues.
- Conduct periodic audits of candidate and submission records.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of candidate information.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Bench Sales, US IT Recruitment, Compliance, or Staffing.
- Valuable understanding of US staffing and recruitment processes.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to identify discrepancies and compliance risks.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong ethical standards and confidentiality.
