Role Description The Community Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for nurturing and expanding MediSage’s doctor community. This role involves daily interaction with healthcare professionals, managing online and offline engagement initiatives, and supporting community programs and events.

The Community

Executive will monitor community activity, respond to member queries, gather feedback, and help implement engagement strategies that enhance member experience.

Responsibilities also include coordinating with internal teams for content, marketing campaigns, and platform updates,



maintaining accurate records of community interactions, and preparing regular reports on key engagement metrics.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with doctors and stakeholders.
- Experience in community management, customer success, or member engagement, preferably within healthcare or technology.
- Ability to manage events, webinars, or community initiatives, including planning, coordination, and execution.
- Comfort with digital tools and platforms for community interaction, data tracking, and reporting.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather feedback and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, communications, or a related field; relevant postgraduate qualifications are an advantage.
- Proactive, organized, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional regional languages is a plus.
