Openings – Specific Domains

1. Journal of Polymer & Composites (JOPC)

Candidates will work specifically on the Journal of Polymer & Composites and develop its national and international author, reviewer, and editorial network.

Required Qualification:

- B.Sc. Chemistry
- M.Sc. Chemistry
- B. Tech Chemical Engineering, Polymer Technology, or a related materials field
- M. Tech Chemical Engineering, Polymer Technology, or a related materials field

Preferred: Candidates who can understand research related to polymers, composites, chemistry, materials, and allied scientific areas. 2. Computer Science Journals

Candidates will manage and develop assigned Computer Science journals at the national and international level.

Required Qualification:

- B.Tech
- M.Tech
- BCA
- MCA

Preferred: Candidates with an understanding of computer science, IT, software, AI, data science, or related research areas.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage assigned subject-specific academic journals.




- Identify and approach researchers, professors, scientists, and authors from India and abroad.
- Acquire relevant research articles, review papers, and technical manuscripts.
- Develop national and international authors, reviewers, editors, and editorial-board networks.
- Conduct initial manuscript screening for journal scope, quality, completeness, and suitability.
- Coordinate peer review, revisions, editorial decisions, and publication workflow.
- Communicate professionally with authors, reviewers, and editors.
- Use Google Scholar, ORCID, PubMed/Scopus, LinkedIn, and university websites for academic research and outreach.
- Maintain manuscript pipelines, databases, follow-ups, and performance reports.
- Follow publication ethics, plagiarism-control, and confidentiality requirements.

Required Skills Strong English communication, academic research ability, scientific/technical understanding, author outreach, follow-up skills, MS Excel/Word/email proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to work with national and international researchers.
