Key Responsibilities

- Insurance Placement
- Analyze client risk profiles and insurance requirements. - Identify suitable insurers for policy placement. - Obtain quotes from multiple insurance companies. - Compare terms, pricing, coverage, and exclusions.
- Negotiation & Coordination
- Negotiate premium rates and policy conditions with insurers. - Coordinate with underwriting teams of insurance companies. - Ensure timely placement of policies before renewal deadlines.
- Documentation




- Prepare placement slips and policy documentation. - Verify policy wording, endorsements, and coverage details. - Maintain accurate records of quotes, binders, and policies.
- Client Support
- Work closely with the client servicing team to ensure proper coverage. - Provide insurers' quotations and placement recommendations. - Assist in resolving policy issuance or coverage issues.
- Market Relationship Management
- Maintain relationships with insurance companies. - Stay updated on insurer appetite, products, and pricing trends.
