What You’ll Do
- Assist in daily kitchen preparation and service
- Follow recipes, SOPs, and plating standards accurately
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times
- Support different kitchen sections during operations
- Help with ingredient prep, portioning, and station setup
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and stock rotation
- Work closely with senior chefs and team members
- Contribute to a disciplined, organized, and positive kitchen environment
