About the JobWe are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new business opportunities for commercial office interior fit-out and design-build projects. The role involves identifying potential clients, building strong corporate relationships, generating leads, and converting opportunities into successful projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities for commercial office fit-out and design-build projects.
- Identify and connect with corporate clients, occupiers, developers, IPCs, PMCs, and channel partners.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Generate leads through networking, market research, references, and industry connections.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with design and technical teams to develop customised solutions.
- Prepare and deliver company presentations and project proposals to prospective clients.
- Handle RFQs, RFPs, tenders, commercial proposals, and negotiations.




- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Maintain CRM and regularly update lead, pipeline, and opportunity status.
- Track market trends, competitors, and upcoming commercial projects to identify new opportunities.
- Achieve business development and revenue targets.

Requirements
- Strong understanding of commercial office interiors, fit-outs, design-build, and workplace solutions.
- Excellent business development, sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong corporate network and ability to generate new business independently.
- Positive communication and presentation skills.

Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing/Sales is preferred.

Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Client Acquisition.
- Experience in office interiors, commercial fit-outs, design & build, workplace solutions, commercial real estate, or construction.
- Experience in handling corporate clients and office fit-out projects is preferred.
